Best of all is that it's suited for all skin types, even the most sensitive ones.
First Impression
This might be the first time ever where I had no impression at all with the product.
I just needed a new sunscreen, saw it on a shelf, picked it up and decided to purchase it.
I love the fact that the brand is very environment conscious, they fabricate recyclable products and constantly re-design their packaging in order to minimize the use of materials and natural resources; which is why the packaging of the Fotoprotector ISDIN Fusion Water SPF 50 is as simple as it gets.
It comes in an oval shaped plastic tube with 50ml, which is great for the price because it comes with a lot of product; you definitely get your money's worth.
The consistency of the Fotoprotector ISDIN Fusion Water SPF 50 is a that of a thin lotion, it's so lightweight and easy to spread over your skin.
The best part is that it has no scent, which makes it awesome for those sensitive to fragrance, and leaves no white-cast.

My Experience With The Fotoprotector ISDIN Fusion Water SPF 50
From the moment I first applied this sunscreen on my skin, I knew I would stick with it for a long time.
The Fotoprotector ISDIN Fusion Water SPF 50 is easy to spread evenly on the face and neck thanks to its ultralight texture and runny and slippery consistency.
I loved the fact that it absorbed quickly and easily into my skin without leaving a white-cast, greasy residue and sticky feeling behind.
One of my biggest concerns is my pores being clogged because it will most definitely lead to breakouts, so I was really happy with the fact that this sunscreen is non-comedogenic and in fact didn’t clog my pores, instead it felt very lightweight (almost like I wasn't even wearing the sunscreen to begin with).
For my skin, the formula was very gentle and smooth, I personally never experienced any discomfort. However, when trying new skin care products to incorporate into your routine, remember to always patch test to avoid an allergic reaction.
The Disadvantages
I really liked this sunscreen, unfortunately, they have since discontinued this formula but ISDIN has since updated it to a much better one (which I have yet to test out).
Let's take a look at the ingredients that may cause some possible side effects.
Although Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate has been considered safe to use, numerous studies have shown that this ingredient has endocrine disrupting and genotoxic properties.
Propylene glycol has also been considered a safe ingredient, however, according to the Environmental Working Group it has been associated with irritant, allergic contact dermatitis and contact urticaria.
Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane causes skin rashes, allergic reactions and inflammation while leaving your skin vulnerable to skin cancer and premature aging because it's not photostable and degrades in the sun.
According to the Cosmetic Ingredient Review, Phenoxyethanol is safe to use in concentrations of under 1%. However, in higher concentrations, if it comes in contact with your skin, is inhaled, or gets into your eyes, the Safety Data Sheet describes this ingredient as harmful.
Tocopheryl Acetate, Allantoin, Sodium Hydroxide, Ethylhexylglycerin, and Ascorbic Acid are all safe ingredients but may cause irritation and allergic reactions.
Silica, Ascorbyl Palmitate and Citric Acid are considered safe ingredients, but more research is needed to determined their safety.
It has fragrance, a term that's considered “trade secrets” under the US Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, and that it's used to hide all the toxic ingredients manufacturers use in the formulation of skin care products.
Last but not least, it didn't provide my skin with intense hydration nor did it leave my skin feeling silky.
